Glioblastoma NOS (corpus callosum)

A large heterogeneous mass with cystic areas seen involving the body of the corpus callosum and extending into the frontal lobes bilaterally. The mass shows avid mainly peripheral enhancement, peripheral diffusion restriction, and mild perifocal edema.
Case Discussion
Differential diagnosis includes glioblastoma (favored), lymphoma, and metastasis.
Note: IDH mutation status is not provided in this case and according to the current (2016) WHO classification of CNS tumors, this tumor would, therefore, be designated as a glioblastoma NOS.
