Subcapsular hepatic abscess

Great hypodense image localizated at the subcapsular zone of the liver with an air-fluid level. The image is compressing the liver parenchyma and there is a small collection in the lower right lobe. Distended gallbladder with thickened walls without obvious gallstones.
