Case Discussion

Characteristic location and clinical history, as well as CT features, suggest external laryngocele

An important differential consideration is a thyroglossal cyst. However, cyst did not move on deglutition, and typical location favored a laryngocele.

Information was received about a confirmatory diagnosis from source.
