What are the phases of Paget's disease?
Lytic, mixed and sclerotic
What are the most commonly affected locations?
Skull, pelvis, spine & proximal long bones
What are the typical features on X-ray?
The early phase features osteolytic (lucent) region which is later followed by coarsened trabeculae and bony enlargement. Sclerotic changes occur much later in the disease process.
Cortical and trabecular thickening of the fibula.
