Blunt trauma to thigh. C/o local swelling. Patient taking daily aspirin.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

No fracture.

Soft tissue swelling noted.

ultrasound

Well-defined area is noted in vastus intermedius muscle - Hematoma. No vascularity.
