Non-simple cyst on ultrasound. Request for further assessment.

Non contrast - thin calcification of the wall and septae.

Note the enhancement enhancement of the very upper septae on the nephrographic phases, which pushes this to a 2F.

Type II Bosniak cyst - as evidence by thin (1MM) calcification of the wall and septae, but without internal high attenuation, enhancement or soft tissue components.
