Undifferentiated abdominal wall sarcoma

Large complex mass lesion in the left inguinal region that appears to arise from the anterior abdominal wall. Features are highly suggestive with a soft-tissue sarcoma.
Case Discussion
Excision biopsy was attempted. The majority of the mass was necrotic tumor. The pathology was most consistent with an undifferentiated sarcoma of the abdominal wall.
