Small rounded hypervascular cortical lesion in the lateral border of the radial head corresponding to a nidus of osteoid osteoma. Note the bone and soft tissue inflammatory reactions manifesting as bone marrow oedema of the proximal third of the radius with soft tissue oedema and joint effusion.
