Findings was changed:

The sagitalsagittal images show a linear high signal within the posterior horn of the medial mensicusmeniscus reaching to the inferior articular surface and meniscocapsular attachment suggestive of mensicalmeniscal tear.

More over Moreover:

1. There is absent bow tie on 2 consecutive images, with a low signal structure that is seen in the intercondylar notch coursing inferior to the PCL (Double PCL sign) and can be traced to the medial meniscus, this suggest bucket handle tear of the MM.

2. The coronal images clearly confirm the diagnosis, and axial images beautifully demonstrate the bucket handle tear.
