Children (lymphoma; osteosarcoma; osteoblastoma; metastatic disease - neuroblastoma, medulloblastoma, Ewing sarcoma (rare)) Adults (osteoblastic metastases- prostate cancer, breast cancer; lymphoma; Paget disease of bone)
Sclerosis within the T10 vertebral body is easier to perceive on the lateral projection. With windowing, it is more apparent on the frontal view.
