Middle-aged female with discharge into mouth following left molar tooth extraction some weeks prior.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
ct

Defect in the floor of the left maxillary sinus. Tooth absent at this site following extraction.

Opacified maxillary sinuses.

Case Discussion

Oro-antral fistula (OAF).  This most commonly occurs as a complication following extraction of the upper dentition.
