- a lobulated cystic lesion is noted within the lateral aspect of the infra-patellar Hoffa's fat pad. It shows low T1 and high T2 signal intensity. It measures 3.1 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm in its maximal diameter
- mild joint effusion
