Yes, but it is a rare complication (less than 2%) that may occur in elderly patients. Squamous cell carcinomas is the most common malignant degeneration.
There is a well-defined right adnexal mass that demonstrates fat (areas with very low Hounsfield values), calcifications, and soft tissue foci.
