Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

CT abdomen and pelvis

CT show diffuse enlargement with irregular pancreatic outline, obliterated peripancreatic fat, mesenteric edema, pleural effusion. Permeable porto-splenic system, hepatic steatosis is displayed. No signs of necrosis is observed
