Supratentorial ependymoma

Presentation

Headache. Not walking properly. Limping.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is a large right posterior frontal mass that extends from the roof of the right lateral ventricle. Central T2 hyperintensity doesn't fluid-restrict.  Peripheral soft tissue with rim enhancement.

Case Discussion

Solitary large right posterior frontal mass. It arises from the roof of the right lateral ventricle and was histologically proven to be a supratentorial ependymoma.
