Huge soft tissue swelling is seen in the lower lumbar and pelvic regions. Sacrococcygeal teratoma is the most common in the fetus and neonate. The aim of our cross-sectional studies to assess the relation of the mass to the rectum and urinary bladder and to exclude any associated dysraphic anomalies. Teratoma is a composite tumor has ectoderm, endoderm and mesoderm.
