Case Discussion

The tibial plateau fracture (fender bender fracture) is an important "do not miss" pathology. The ramifications of missing this important fracture can be profound. It is common for CT to be performed to review the extent of the fracture prior to surgery. Tibial plateau fractures are classified using the Schatzker classification.
