Homogeneous opacification of the right lung with the trachea pulled to the right side.
The cardiac shadow is not visualized as it is silhouetting with the opacified hemithorax due to mediastinal shift to the right side.
Collapse of the right lung.
Case Discussion
This is a case of collapse of the right lung with secondary changes of mediastinal shift to the ipsilateral side. An element of consolidation cannot be ruled out.
