Wedge of poorly perfused renal parenchyma: lobar nephronia
Case Discussion
Lobar nephronia refers to an intermediate stage between acute pyelonephritis andrenal abscess, and is a focal region of interstitial nephritis.
It appears as a wedge of poorly perfused renal parenchyma, without a cortical rim sign.
