Anterior shoulder dislocation

Anteroinferior dislocation of the right shoulder joint is noted. No evidence of any fracture. Soft tissue appears normal.

This is a case of shoulder dislocation following a fall. The shoulder joint is the most commonly dislocated joint in the body. An x-ray is usually sufficient for diagnosis.
