Condyloma acuminata, or genital warts, caused by human papilloma virus subtypes 6, 11, and others Condylomata lata, white lesions associated with secondary syphilis- soft tissue sarcoma.
What is the main aim of cross sectional examination here ?
To assess any interior extension of the mass to the sphincters- to be sure that the mass limited to skin and subcutaneous tissue.
