Presentation

Mid line neck swelling for 2 years. No pain.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

A well-defined cystic lesion with internal echoes and debris is noted in mid line. Lower border of the lesion abutts hyoid bone.  Lesion shows wall thickening and vascularity.

No perilesional hypervascularity is noted.
