Right shoulder pain on movement.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Right shoulder X-ray

Two well-defined ossified bodies are seen at the inferior surface of the acromio-clavicular joint mostly within the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle.

MRI Right shoulder

Amorphous small dark signal structure is seen along the tendon and myotendinous junction of the supraspinatus muscle with surrounding mild edema signal and mild distension of the subacromial / subdeltoid bursa.
