Presentation

25 y.o. gentleman presenting to the emergency department with dyspnea and inspiratory stridor on background of 1 week history of cough and sore throat.

ct

CT neck demonstrates mild subglottic edema that narrows subglottic airway likely causing patient's symptoms. There is mild thickening of adjacent strap muscles and cervical lymphadenopathy.
