Carcinoma of the breast

Both breasts appear equal in size and shape. Both breast demonstrates widespread and dense fibroadenotic tissue. In the left breast superomedial is a focal vague area of increased density and spiculation. With compression view the area does not compress completely. No other lesion seen in the left or right breast. No axillary adenopathy. No malignant microcalcifications. No skin or nipple abnormality.
COMMENT
Biopsy proven malignancy.
