Presentation

Dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Multiple metastatic pulmonary nodules.

Multiple sclerotic vertebral metastases.

Surgical clips within right breast.

Multiple pulmonary nodules with segmental left lower lobe atelectasis.

Multiple sclerotic vertebral metastatic lesions are noted.

Nuclear medicine

Widespread bone scan avid metastases involving axial and appendicular skeleton.

Case Discussion

Histopathology revealed invasive ductal carcinoma, grade II. No metastatic carcinoma seen in sentinel node.Subsequent pulmonary and skeletal metastases on imaging.
