Accidentally discovered partially-calcified urinary bladder mass with osteolytic metastasis and old fracture of the left pubic ramus.
Case Discussion
The patient had an old history of bilharziasis which caused metaplasia of the bladder epithelium then subsequently developed into squamous cell carcinoma.
