Previous CXR

x-ray

Previous CXR showing large radiolucent area in the right lung and right lateral chest wall resection consistent with changes following clagett thoracotomy.

Compare to previous CXR, there is diffuse opacity in the left middle and lower lung zone suggest of pleural effusion and interstitial changes.

Right lower lateral chest wall resection with packing material in keeping with a Claggett thoracotomy. Associated right sided hydropneumothorax. Tracheobronchial stents with appearances of associated bronchopleural fistula.

Large left pleural effusion with ground glass opacity throughout the left lung with more focal collapse and consolidation in the base.

ETT and NGT noted.
