Lateral talar shift. No definite fracture identified. Incidental os trigonum.

There is a spiral fracture of the neck of the fibula without significant displacement. Ankle imaging shows lateral talar shift indicating disruption of the deltoid ligament.
These findings in combination with the fibular fracture indicate extensive tibio-fibula syndesmotic injury.

There are 2 diastasis screws across the distal tibiofibular joint.
Alignment of the mortice is now anatomical.
