There is moderate right pleural effusion with high density fluid ? blood. Also, there is a right perinephric collection at the right posterior perirenal space, laceration at the posterior segment of the right hepatic lobe, and right urinoma adjacent to the right pelvicalyceal system and confirmed by prone scan.
