Case Discussion
The most common cause of lymphadenopathy is of infectious etiology. In India most of the lymphadenopathy of neck and mediastinum is due to tuberculosis. Differential diagnosis includes silicosis, sarcoidosis for this case. In view of previous history of tuberculosis, cause of lymphadenopathy is tuberculosis.
