Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
ct

Fracture-dislocation of the elbow:

  • ulnohumeral articulation is posteriorly dislocated
  • radial neck fracture that is severely displaced with the proximal fracture fragment rotated 90 degrees superiorly
  • bony fragments anterior to the trochlea and coronoid process are likely from the coronoid tip

Extensive soft tissue gas, indicative of open fracture.
