The left ischial tuberosity apophysis is displaced inferiorly from its normal position consistent with an avulsion fracture.

Typical clinical setting and appearance of an ischial tuberosity avulsion fracture in an adolescent soccer player. This injury occurs at the attachment of the hamstring tendons.
