Complex fracture of the left acetabulum, with superior displacement of the femoral head. The left femoral head is smaller than the right, indicating a posterior dislocation. No further pelvic fracture is identified, and the sacroiliac joints and pubic symphysis are not widened.

There is posterior dislocation of the left hip. There is an associated complex comminuted fracture of the left acetabulum, which involves both anterior and posterior columns, and the quadrilateral plate / medial wall. There is displacement of fracture fragments. Mildly displaced left L3 transverse process fracture. No further lumbar spine fracture.
