Focal narrowing of the descending thoracic aorta just distal to the left subclavian artery. The heart is not enlarged and there is few collaterals seen in axial cuts and dilatation of the internal mammary artery with anastomosis with epigastric arteries.

Red circle refers to the focal stenotic area while the red arrows refer to the dilated internal mammary artery and epigastric artery forming collateral flow to bypass the stenotic aortic segment.
