There is a well-defined cystic hypoattenuating, enhancing lesion noted superior to the body of pancreas, inferior to the greater curvature of the stomach, anteroinferior to the spleen, and anterior to the upper pole of the left kidney. The lesion is abutting the superior border of the body of the pancreas and abutting and displacing the splenic vessels.
Imaging features are suggestive of pancreatic pseudocyst.
