The right kidney is not seen within its normal position. It crosses the midline to be below the left one.
A dense calculus is seen within the lower calyx of the left kidney.
A simple hepatic cyst is seen within the posterior segment of the right hepatic lobe.
Case Discussion
The hallmark of the case is the renal anomaly where the right kidney is located on the same side of the midline and fused with the left one.
The CT findings are suggestive of crossed fused renal ectopia.
