There is a 32 x 27 x 35mm (AP x TV x CC) posterior mediastinal cystic mass, with HU=22, which is displacing and compressing the trachea anteriorly. This is located just above the aortic arch level. The esophagus is also severely compressed and displaced to the right side of this cystic mass.
Right lower lobe (posterior segment) consolidation is also evident.
