Aneurysmal bone cyst

Expansile multioloculated cystic lesion in the distal radius that is limited distally by the physeal line. The cysts show typical fluid/fluid level denoting previous episodes of hemorrhage. There is peripheral and septal enhancement of the lesion.
Case Discussion
Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign tumor of vascular origin that usually affects children and young adults and in third of cases occurs secondary to tumor or trauma. Differential considerations include fibrous dysplasia, giant cell tumor and telangectatic osteosarcoma.
