A cystic mass in the right cerebellar hemisphere with an eccentric peripheral nodule is present, associated with some oedema, but not obstructive hydrocephalus. A number of prominent flow voids are present laterally, best seen on T2.
Conclusion
The most likely diagnosis is that of a hemangioblastoma, although in this age group a metastasis should also be considered.
