Progressively swollen right eye over the last couple of days. Red, swollen and hot to touch. Raised inflammatory markers.

Right sided preseptal cellulitis with no collection or bone involvement, and no intracranial or sinus extension.

Case Discussion

When reviewing a case of cellulitis, ensure that there is no collection or bone involvement and make comment on the state of the sinuses and whether there is any intracranial extension. In this case, there are no associated complications.
