Presentation

Facial trauma few hours back. Swelling and bruises in face.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Male

Left zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture including left temporal-zygomatic and frontal-zygomatic and zygomaticomaxillary suture fracture diastases. Left maxillary sinus fractures and left lateral and inferior orbital wall fractures. Haemorhage within the left maxillary sinus and gas within the adjacent soft-tissues. 

Plate and screw fixation of the left frontal-zygomatic and zygomaticomaxillary suture fracture diastases and mesh repair of the inferior orbital wall. The medial vertical maxillary buttress has also been repaired.
