Frontal chest x-ray demonstrates a right-sided aortic arch displacing the tracheal air shadow. The cardiomediastinal outline is otherwise unremarkable. No features of dextrocardia. Short-segment scoliosis is also present. It is not clear if this is due to a hemivertebra, however, a segmentation anomaly is present.
