Right proptosis due to retrobulbar intraconal soft tissue tumefactive lesion. It is displaying homogenous fair contrast enhancement.

Case Discussion

Orbital pseudotumor is an idiopathic inflammatory condition that affects the retrobulbar structures but can also affect the uvea, sclera, extraocular muscles, and lacrimal gland. The etiology is not known. Here it affects the retrobulbar structures causing proptosis. It resolved completely within nine days after receiving steroids.
