Hemoperitoneum, liver laceration and adrenal hematoma

There is a grade V liver laceration which active bleeding and a large volume hemoperitoneum. The laceration involves the left portal vein, left hepatic vein and possibly the hepatic portion of the IVC. Leaked contrast is seen adjacent to the IVC. There is a right adrenal hematoma.
Case Discussion
Grade V liver laceration with involvement of the left hepatic vein, left portal portal vein and possibly the IVC. Active leak of contrast pools next to the hepatic portion of the IVC. Large volume hemoperitoneum. Right adrenal hematoma.
