Severe reflux.

Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

In the lower esophagus, a few centimeters superior to the lower esophageal spinchter, there are transient linear filling defects peripherally in keeping with A-rings.

A-rings are an incidental finding on barium swallows, representing esophageal muscle contraction.
