Right side neck pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

There is a small round shaped hyperdense stone measuring about 3.6 mm along its maximum dimension seen impacted in distal end of right Wharton's duct.

Case Discussion

Sialolithiasis refers to formation of stones inside the ducts or parenchyma of salivary glands, and most commonly occurs in the submandibular glands and their ducts.
