Findings was changed:

LEFTLeft testis: enlarged and oedematous (22 ml volume); no focal lesion and no flow.

LEFT Left spermatic cord: twisting is noted in left hemiscrotum.

RIGHTRight testis: 10 ml volume, normal.

RIGHT Right spermatic cord: normal.

No hydrocele on either side.
