Presentation was changed:
C/o painPain in left inguinal region - 3for three days. C/o left Left testicular swelling - 2for two days.
Body was changed:

There is a primary sign of torsion -: twisting of spermatic cord.

There are secondary signsigns of torsion -: Odematous testis, absent flow.

Radionuclide scan was positive for torsion ( not(not uploaded, no copyright).

LEFT testis -: enlarged - odematous ( 22 ccand oedematous (22 ml volume  ),  no); no focal lesion, and no flow.

LEFT spermatic cord -: twisting is noted in left hemiscrotum.

RIGHT testis -: 10 ccml volume, Normalnormal.

RIGHT spermatic cord -: normal.

No hydrocele on either side.
