Pain in left inguinal region for three days. Left testicular swelling for two days.

Testicular torsion

Left testis: enlarged and edematous (22 ml volume); no focal lesion and no flow. Left spermatic cord: twisting is noted in left hemiscrotum.
Right testis: 10 ml volume, normal. Right spermatic cord: normal.
No hydrocele on either side.
Case Discussion
There is a primary sign of torsion: twisting of spermatic cord.
There are secondary signs of torsion: edematous testis, absent flow.
Radionuclide scan was positive for torsion (not uploaded, no copyright).
Surgery confirmed torsion.
